Getting Started

There are two ways to use Word Batch Replacer:

  • Process multiple documents from the main GUI
    Process ALL Process All - Word Batch Replacer processing start button for all itemsLaunch the program (for example, from Start->Programs->Word Batch Replacer->Launch Word Batch Replacer), add files or folders to it's main window items list, set the processing options, and click the “Process ALL” or “Process selected” button on the toolbar. You can also save Word Batch Replacer batch processing project, which you may open and reuse later.

  • Process multiple documents from the command line
    Please read the Command Line Support help topic first. Then you can write script which will invoke Word Batch Replacer with appropriate parameters and get benefits from this mode.
